Nancy started making decorative celebration cakes in the late 1980s in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In the early 1990s her curiosity to experiment with ceramic and sugar flower creation began to pique the interest of others. Nancy, in due course of time, has now become a perfectionist in creating life-like sugar flowers of all kinds to compliment her cakes and has made her name well known for the same.
