All cakes are baked with the finest available ingredients. You can choose a delicious moist rich fruitcake laced with brandy or a light sponge cake.

Cakes are covered with rolled fondant.

Prices are very competitive. Pricing is based on the size, type, fillings and decorations hence it would be difficult to quote on the phone or via e-mail. I encourage you to meet with me for a free consultation so I can discuss your needs and give you a quote.

A deposit is required to reserve your date.

NOTE:

• To ensure that rich fruit cakes are fully matured the orders for fruit cakes should be placed a minimum of three months in advance.
• All wedding cake orders should be placed at least three months prior to the wedding date.
• Rich Fruit cakes contain nuts so will be unsuitable for people with nut allergies.
• Please be aware that sugar flowers and models are not edible due to wires or supports within, these items can be kept as a memento.
